The Rall Grenache Noir 2024 hails from the acclaimed Paardeberg region, harmonizing freshness and depth. This initial single bottling, sourced from a meticulously cared-for hectare, captivates with notes of black cherry and blood orange, underpinned by a firm tannic structure. The delicate interplay of fruit and minerality reflects the granitic terroir, imparting sophistication and character. With velvety fine tannins, this wine exemplifies its origin, standing out in our selection. We are proud to showcase this limited release from Donovan Rall, named Winemaker of the Year 2025 by the Tim Atkin Report.
Im Jahr 2024 lieferte diese hochgelegene Buschreben-Parzelle zum ersten Mal genug Trauben aus um den ersten Grenache Noir in einer einzigen Abfüllung auf den Markt zu bringen. Er wurde zu 100 % aus ganzen Trauben vergoren und sorgfältig extrahiert und reifte dann 10 Monate lang in dritt-befüllten französischen Eichenfässern.
