The Raka Sauvignon Blanc 2025 dazzles in its bright straw-yellow hue, inviting and clear in the glass. This Sauvignon Blanc from the cooler coastal climate of the Cape showcases an intense bouquet of passionfruit, peach, gooseberry, and lime. On the palate, it impresses with refreshing citrus and apple notes, which linger beautifully. Enhanced by delicate mineral undertones, this wine offers a wonderfully balanced and lively experience.
Nach der Lese wurden die Trauben mit großer Sorgfalt sortiert, leicht angequetscht und acht Stunden auf der Haut gelassen. Die Gärung erfolgte bei einer Temperatur von 16°C. Nach Abschluss der Gärung verbrachte der Wein noch einen ausgedehnten Zeitraum auf der Hefe und wurde anschließend leicht filtriert auf die Flasche gefüllt.
