Das Traubengut wurde handgelesen und mit großer Sorgfalt für den weitere Produktionsverlauf ausgelesen. Das komplett entrappte Traubengut wurde sanft gepresst und der Saft in Tanks aus Edelstahl bei kühlen Temperaturen ruhen gelassen. 70% des Safts fermentierten in Tanks aus Edelstahl, während 30% in kleinen Burgunderfässchen vinifizierten (zweit-, dritt- sowie viertbefülltes Holz). Nach Abschluss der alkoholischen Gärung wurden beide Komponenten verschnitten und auf die Flasche gefüllt.
