Nach einer Kombination aus ganzen Trauben und frisch entrappten Trauben wurde die Presse sofort in Gang gesetzt, um die Schalen vom Saft zu trennen. Der Saft wurde in zwei kleinen Edelstahltanks abgesetzt. Der Wein wurde leicht filtriert und mikrobiologisch stabilisiert.
