The Peter Falke PF Chardonnay delights with a superbly balanced bouquet of white peaches, dried apricots, and oven-baked quince. On the palate, it reveals a multi-layered taste profile with notes of butterscotch, delicate vanilla, and roasted almonds, while a refreshing acidity provides a clean and creamy finish, offering a remarkable harmony.
The grapes were harvested early in the morning, ensuring only exceptional quality entered the cellar. Following a meticulous selection process, the grapes were destemmed, pressed, and the juice was inoculated with selected yeast cultures. Fermentation occurred in third-fill French oak barrels of 225 liters for eight months. Regular barrel rolling and stirring (batonnage) enhanced the wine's complexity during maturation.
