The Peter Falke PF Cabernet Sauvignon unfolds in a deep garnet shade, offering intense fragrances of dark fruit intertwined with delicate hints of violets, fine licorice, and soft earthiness. On the palate, these aromas are matched by well-integrated oak seasoning and an outstanding structure. Thanks to the oak aging, flavors of mocha, dark chocolate, and juicy black plums emerge, culminating in a delectable and prolonged finish.
This Cabernet Sauvignon is crafted from meticulously selected grapes. In the vineyard, only the finest berries were chosen, followed by a second selection process in the winery. The grapes were not crushed but underwent a 3-4 day cold soaking at controlled 15°C before fermentation. They were left on the skins for 25-35 days to create velvety and soft tannins. The wine was lightly pressed and matured in first, second, and third fill French oak barrels.
