Das gequetschte Traubengut wurde sechs Stunden auf der Haut ruhen gelassen, bevor es sanft abgepresst wurde, um ein Maximum an Geschmacksnuancen zu extrahieren, ohne auf Frische verzichten zu müssen. Der Wein verbrachte nach Abschluss der Gärung in Tanks aus Edelstahl vier Monate auf der Hefe, bevor er vom Hefesatz abgeschöpft und leicht filtriert auf die Flasche gefüllt wurde
