The Nitida Calligraphy 2021 impresses with appealing finesse and a complexity that reveals itself with every sip. This masterful blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot, and Malbec unfolds seductive aromas of ripe cherries and juicy blueberries. It delights with a silky mouthfeel and deep red fruit nuances, transporting the connoisseur into a world of pure enjoyment. A wine that exquisitely combines elegance and expressiveness!
Die Trauben für diesen Wein wurden mit großer Sorgfalt per Hand gelesen, entrappt und dann Beere für Beere sortiert. Die Gärung fand in offenen Gärbottichen statt, wobei der Most alle vier Stunden untergestoßen wurde, um so optimale Farbe, Tannine und Aromen extrahieren zu können. Nach der Gärung fand noch eine dreiwöchige Quellphase statt, um ein Maximum an Farbe und Tanninstruktur zu erreichen. Der Wein reifte 14 Monate lang zu 100 % in Fässern aus französischer Eiche (43% Neuholz).
