Introducing the Neil Ellis Groenekloof Sauvignon Blanc 2024, displaying a delicate straw hue with vivid green highlights. The wine bursts with invigorating aromas of ripe citrus and tropical fruit, enhanced by subtle hints of nettle and freshly cut grass. Its palate is characterized by elegance and concentration, offering notes of sweet tropical fruit and apple blossom, balanced perfectly with refreshing acidity and a noble mineral line. Die Fermentierung fand bei niedrigen Temperaturen statt. Anschließend lag der Wein drei Monate auf der Hefe, bevor er auf die Flasche gefüllt wurde. Dieser Wein wurde zum ersten Mal in 1991 hergestellt - und das originale Grundstück (und Reben) werden heute noch bearbeitet um diesen ikonischen New World Sauvignon Blanc aus dem Kap herzustellen.
