Information about "Mullineux Syrah 2022"
The Mullineux Syrah captivates the palate with an exquisite bouquet of wild herbs, fresh mulberries, and a subtle hint of black olive tapenade. This wine features a vibrant structure and layered flavors of dark plums, blackberries, a whisper of vanilla, and violet, finishing with a beautifully persistent echo of silky tannins. It is rich, fresh, and elegant on the mouth, highlighting a firm tannin framework alongside complex dark fruit and warm spice characteristics—this Swartland Syrah is destined to excel over 3 to 9 years.
This highly acclaimed Syrah matured for 11 months in 500L oak barrels post-fermentation, followed by an additional nine months in stainless steel.
