The Mullineux Granite Syrah reflects the unique Swartland terroir with a multifaceted aroma profile, combining hints of black pepper, violets, and fresh herbs alongside ripe red berries. This exceptional Syrah aged for 12 months in 500L French oak barrels, with 25% being new wood, followed by an additional nine months in large foudres (second fill). After this maturation, it was bottled and rested for another nine months before release.
