These natural wines stem from organic viticulture, with winemaker Johan Meyer embracing a minimalist philosophy in the cellar: often free of sulphur and minimal interventions.
Dies ist immer eine der herausragenden Sorten der Force Celeste Range, die zu 30 % am ganzen Bund vergoren wird. Vor der Gärung, die zu 90 % in Edelstahl und zu 10 % in älteren 300-Liter-Fässern stattfindet, wird eine leichte Oxidation zugelassen. 20 % der Trauben werden zwei Wochen lang auf den Schalen vergoren.
