Winemaker Miles Mossop dedicates this exceptional Cape Blend to his daughter Saskia, composed of 59% Chenin Blanc, 16% Clairette Blanche, 10% Grenache Blanc, 10% Viognier, and 5% Verdelho.
Following harvesting, the wine underwent fermentation in 400 L barrels, followed by ten months of aging in French oak barrels (with 14% new wood) and a concrete egg.
