Winemaker Miles Mossop dedicates this exceptional Cape Blend to his daughter Saskia, composed of 59% Chenin Blanc, 16% Clairette Blanche, 10% Grenache Blanc, 10% Viognier, and 5% Verdelho.
Nach der Lese fermentierte der Wein in 400 L Fässern, wonach er anschließend für zehn Monate in französischen Eichenfässern (mit einem Anteil von 14% neuer Fässer) sowie im Beton-Ei reifte.
