Glistening with clarity and showcasing hints of green, the Lomond Sauvignon Blanc delights the nose with a complex array of aromas including ripe tropical fruits, passion fruit, and white pear, finished with a delicate touch of black currant. On the palate, it offers a lively blend of white stone fruits and zestful citrus notes, underlined by the distinct mineral qualities derived from its Cape Agulhas origins. Balanced and bright, the wine leaves a lasting impression with its long, invigorating finish.
Die Trauben wurden je nach Block bei optimaler Reife gelesen und bei Ankunft in der Kellerei separat bei geregelten 13˚C - 15˚C kalt in Tanks aus Edelstahl fermentiert, um die natürlichen Aromen der Beeren zu bewahren. Nach Abschluss der Gärung ruhte der Wein sechs Wochen auf der Hefe, bevor er auf die Flasche gefüllt wurde.
