The Less Chardonnay displays a lovely light straw color in the glass, immediately offering an invigorating bouquet of fresh citrus fruits. Lemon, lime, and zest mingle with hints of stone fruits that echo on the palate. The balanced acidity and creamy mouthfeel create a harmonious tasting experience.

The Chardonnay grapes were fermented at a controlled temperature of 16°C in stainless steel tanks. After fermentation, the wine matured for an additional six months on the lees, with regular stirring (batonnage) to enhance the aromas and flavors.
