Der Lemberg Rosie's Blanc de Noir fließt von korallenrosaner Farbe ins Glas und versprüht einladende Aromen frischer roter Kirschen, Erdbeeren sowie Rosenwasser. Den Gaumen umschmeichelt ein lebhaftes und harmonisches Säurespiel in Kombination mit einer hervorragenden Struktur, welche in einem trockenen und wohl ausbalancierten Abgang ausklingt und vollendeten Genuss beschert. Die Zusammensetzung der Rebsorten ist Syrah, Pinot Noir und Grenache Noir.
Treatment in the cellar
A short skin contact for the delicate colour followed by stainless steel tank fermentation and a four-month period on the lees for extra flavour and body.
