Treatment in the cellar
Die Trauben wurden am frühen Morgen von Hand geerntet und zum Keller transporrtiert wo die ganzen Trauben spontan vergoren wurden - drei Wochen auf der Maische wonach der Wein 20 Monate lang in 500-Liter-Fässern aus französischer Eiche reifte.
