The Landskroon Paul de Villiers Shiraz is a remarkable full-bodied wine that enchants with its enticing aromas of ripe berry fruits. Notes of dark blackberries and blueberries elegantly entwine with hints of black pepper and subtle oak spice. The rich berry flavors beautifully unfold on the palate, harmonized by delicate layers of fine vanilla and spice, creating a truly delightful experience.
Das mit großer Sorgfalt ausgelesene Traubengut wurde entrappt in offene Stahltanks gegeben, wo es unter Zugabe ausgewählter Hefekulturen bei einer geregelten Temperatur von 25°C –28°C fermentierte. Nach Abschluss der Fermentierung in Stahl reifte der Wein 15 Monate lang in einer Kombination aus 35% neuer amerikanischer Eiche sowie, 25% in neuen französichen Fässer und zu 40% in zweitbefüllten französischen Barriques.
