Land of Hope Reserve Chenin Blanc 2023 enchants with its unique identity, blending floral aromas with vibrant mineral acidity. The palate reveals hints of Mediterranean peaches and yellow apples, seamlessly integrated with subtle oak spice and a remarkably creamy texture. This highly regarded Chenin Blanc offers a rich fullness, beautifully balanced by fresh notes.
Die Trauben für diesen Chenin Blanc wurden per Hand gelesen und mit großer Sorgfalt für die Weinproduktion ausgewählt. Um Frische im Wein zu garantieren, wurde ein Teil der Trauben am ganzen Bund gepresst, während der andere Teil der entrappten Trauben leicht angequetscht wurde, um Komplexität und Tiefe in den Wein zu bringen. Der Saft fermentierte in französischen Burgunder-Fässern aus Eiche, wovon 20% Neuholz ausmachten. Zum Schluss wurde ein kleiner Anteil von im Stahltank fermentiertem Chenin hinzugegeben, um Frische und Mineralität zu erlangen.
