Das Traubengut für den La Petite Ferme Cabernet Sauvignon fermentierte zehn Tage lang in offenen Tanks aus Edelstahl, wobei der Tresterhut alle fünf Stunden per Hand untergetaucht wurde. Nach Abschluss der Fermentierung reifte der Wein 14 Monate lang in französischen Eichenfässern mit einer Füllmenge von 225 L pro Fass. 20% der Fässer bestanden aus erstbelegtem Neuholz.
