The La Bri Syrah captivates with a deep violet hue reminiscent of dark ink, offering a fragrant bouquet of violets, lavender, and thyme. Its initial soft entry on the palate is complemented by well-rounded tannins leading to a smooth mid-palate, concluding with a silky finish marked by refined pepper notes and hints of red berry fruit.
The grapes for La Bri Syrah were crushed upon arrival at the winery and fermented in stainless steel tanks. After fermentation, malolactic fermentation took place in barrels. The wine aged for 24 months in 225L oak barrels, with 43% being new oak.
