Das handgelesene Traubengut fermentierte temperaturgeregelt in Tanks aus Edelstahl. Nach Abschluss der Gärung fand die malolaktische Fermentierung im Fass statt und der Wein reifte anschließend 16 Monate lang in französischen Barriques mit einer Füllmenge von 300 l pro Fass. 24% der französischen Eichenfässern bestanden aus Neuholz.
