Information about "La Bri Chardonnay 2024"

The La Bri Chardonnay 2024 captivates with its radiant golden color and an aromatic profile of ripe pears along with floral peaches, accented by a subtle hint of lemon crème. The wine possesses a luscious body that perfectly balances vivacity with elegance, making it a delightful sip for any occasion. Each La Bri wine is uniquely tied to a native flower; this vintage is represented by the Clivia miniata, which symbolizes its refined qualities.

Treatment in the cellar The grapes for La Bri Chardonnay were hand-picked and cooled overnight to preserve the fresh fruit character of the grape variety. Pressed whole bunch, the clear juice was skimmed off and filled into second-use 300-600L French oak barrels, where the wines fermented naturally without the addition of commercial yeasts. After three months of contact with the lees, the wine was skimmed off and returned to the barrel, where it was allowed to mature for a total period of ten months.
