Das Traubengut für diesen hochdotierten Pinotage fermentierte bei geregelten 32°C teils in Tanks aus Edelstahl und teils in Eichenfässern. Nach Abschluss der alkoholischen sowie malolaktischen Gärung in französischem Barrique, reifte der Wein 18 Monate lang in erst- und zweitbelegten Fässern aus französischer Eiche sowie in Edelstahltanks.
