The Kleine Zalze Family Reserve Sauvignon Blanc 2024 captivates with its remarkable freshness and fragrant bouquet reminiscent of kiwi, citrus, and ripe gooseberries. On the palate, succulent peach notes prevail, enhanced by an elegant mineral undertone. This velvety wine features a full-bodied structure, perfected by fine oak nuances that round off its long finish.
Hand-harvested in early morning, the grapes were chilled with dry ice before fermentation to preserve the fresh classic aromas. Upon arrival at the winery, they were crushed and left to rest on skins for 12 hours. The clear juice was separated and fermented in temperature-controlled tanks at 13 °C. The wine stayed on the lees for seven months before bottling.
