The Kleine Zalze Cellar Selection Bush Vine Chenin Blanc is a vibrant expression of the Chenin Blanc variety, presenting a medley of tropical and stone fruit aromas. Fresh citrus notes add a zing that brightens the palate, culminating in a sleek, dry finish that lingers delightfully. Grown primarily from selected bush vine vineyards across Stellenbosch, Paarl, and Swartland, this wine reflects the rich terroir and character of its origins.
The grapes from various vineyard parcels were harvested at optimal ripeness and vinified separately. All grapes underwent extensive skin contact for 12 to 24 hours before the free-run juice was transferred to the tank. The wines were fermented at low temperatures using selected yeast strains. After fermentation, the wine aged on its lees for four months before the final blend was created.

Süffiger Chenin
Nase: frisch und leicht, Melone, Birne, etwas Ananas Mund: mittlere Säure, gelbe Melone, Birne, leichter Petrolton, Limette Abgang: mittel, fruchtig, Melone und Limette verbleiben Wirkt leichter als er im Alkohol (13,5%) ist, guter Sommerwein, easy drinking.
