In a luminous golden color, the Keermont Terrasse White Blend offers an exquisite bouquet of spiced citrus and stone fruits alongside fragrant orange blossoms, barley, quince, and herbal notes. The palate reveals delicate hints of fresh peaches and apricots, complemented by subtle spices and sweet vanilla accents. A lively acidity reminiscent of crisp apples brightens the mouthfeel, enhancing the wine’s exquisite structure. It boasts a pleasant weight and a light texture, culminating in a lingering, wonderfully dry finish with a subtle saline note.
The grapes for the Terrasse White Blend were hand-harvested at optimal ripeness and vinified traditionally in French oak barrels in a gentle and natural manner. Following fermentation, the wine aged for a further 12 months in barrels on the lees. It was bottled unfiltered.
