Presenting a rich, deep crimson, the Keermont Cabernet Sauvignon delights with a nuanced bouquet of crushed cloves, cocoa, sandalwood, leather, and ripe red berry fruit. Its palate is both refined and robust, blending elegance with strength. Layers of spice and red fruit elegantly intertwine with notes of mature forest and mulberries. With tightly woven tannins and a vibrant acidity, the wine offers a long and juicy finish that lingers delightfully.
Das handgelesene Traubengut für diesen komplexen Cabernet stammt zu 100 % aus Keermonts eigenen Weinbergen und wurde je nach Reb-Block und Reifegrad separat vinifiziert. Der Gärungsvorgang fand auf natürliche, traditionelle und besonders behutsame Art und Weise in offenen Fermentern statt. Nach Abschluss der Gärung reifte der Wein 22 Monate lang in französischen Barriques (225 l) und wurde anschließend ungefiltert per Hand auf die Flasche gefüllt. Bevor Herausgabe des Weins reifte der Wein noch weitere 18 Monate in der Flasche.
