Holden Manz Vernissage 2021 captivates with its deep red color and delicate crimson edge. The bouquet reveals an intriguing blend of varietals: Cabernet Sauvignon (27%) offers notes of cassis and dark berries, while Shiraz (36%) impresses with hints of cherry and fresh spices. Merlot (37%) brings robust aromas of ripe plum. On the palate, these flavors harmonize with gentle tannins and a well-balanced interplay of acidity and sweetness. Das Traubengut wurde handgelesen, entrappt, sortiert und vorsichtig angequetscht. Gleich im Anschluss fand die Fermentation statt, man griff nur minimal in den Prozess ein, um den Wein so naturbelassen wie möglich zu vinifizieren. Nach Abschluss der Gärung reifte der Wein zehn Monate lang in zuvor belegten Fässern aus französischer Eiche.
