Holden Manz Vernissage 2021 captivates with its deep red color and delicate crimson edge. The bouquet reveals an intriguing blend of varietals: Cabernet Sauvignon (27%) offers notes of cassis and dark berries, while Shiraz (36%) impresses with hints of cherry and fresh spices. Merlot (37%) brings robust aromas of ripe plum. On the palate, these flavors harmonize with gentle tannins and a well-balanced interplay of acidity and sweetness.
