This Holden Manz Syrah Reserve 2019 captivates with a deep, purple-red color, offering delightful floral notes of violets and woodland berries, complemented by subtle lavender nuances. Ausgelesenes Traubengut der konzentiertesten Syrah-Beeren wurde vor der Gärung einer ausgedehnten Kaltquellphase unterzogen. Das Traubengut fermentierte mit wilder Hefe auf natürliche Weise am ganzen Bund. Der Wein reifte für 12 Monate in 500l Fässern aus französischer Eiche, wovon 50% neu, und weitere 12 Monate in 225l Fässern aus französischer Eiche vor abfüllung.
