The Holden Manz Cabernet Sauvignon 2022 is a remarkable showcase of its distinguished grape variety. Sporting a deep ruby hue with a scarlet edge, it emanates an intensely aromatic profile featuring ripe blackberries and blueberries, a hint of cloves, and delicate undertones of fragrant cassis. It's robust and full-bodied on the palate, beginning with an opulent burst of dark fruit. Midway through, the wine reveals its luxurious fullness, excellent complexity, and depth. Das Traubengut für den Holden Manz Cabernet Sauvignon wurde mit großer Sorgfalt handverlesen, entrappt und leicht angequetscht in Tanks aus Edelstahl gefüllt. Nach einer fünftägigen Kaltquellphase setzte der natürliche Gärungsprozess ein. Nach Abschluss der Gärung reifte der Wein 18 Monate in französischen Barriques, von denen 30 % Neuholz sowie 70 % zweit- bzw. drittbelegtes Holz ausmachten.
