Information about "Holden Manz Cabernet Franc Reserve 2022"
The Holden Manz Cabernet Franc Reserve showcases a rich ruby color and exudes enticing aromas of black fruits, raspberries, tobacco, lavender, and a touch of spices. On the palate, it offers a lavish and generous profile, with pronounced notes of dark berries and cassis. This exceptional wine strikes a beautiful balance, presenting impressive volume and complexity. Well-integrated wood hints and supple tannins lead to an exceedingly smooth and prolonged finish, marked by gentle spices and delicate mocha undertones. A genuine masterpiece!
Only the finest grapes were selected for the cellar, meticulously sorted and chosen with care before being destemmed and gently crushed. Following a ten-day cold soak, both alcoholic and malolactic fermentations occurred with wild yeast at low temperatures, after which the wine was aged in a blend of 60% new French oak barrels for 18 months prior to bottling.
