The Hidden Valley Sauvignon Blanc 2024 showcases the hallmark characteristics of its variety with a complex bouquet echoing a tropical fruit medley. Anticipate aromas of pineapple, passion fruit, lychee, and lime, all harmoniously mingling in the glass. On the palate, it strikes with a brisk and lively profile, accented by delicate notes of Fynbos, leading into a satisfyingly dry and lingering finish.
Das Traubengut für diesen frischen Sauvignon Blanc wurde zu unterschiedlichen Reifegraden gelesen, um so ein Optimum an komplexen Nuancen und Frische sowie ein köstliches Säurespiel im Wein zu gewährleisten. Die Trauben wurden in den frühen Morgenstunden gelesen und bei Ankunft in der Kellerei bei kühl geregelten Temperaturen gepresst. Der dabei gewonnene Saft fermentierte anschließend temperaturkontrolliert in Tanks aus Edelstahl und reifte nach Abschluss der Gärung noch weitere sechs Monate auf der Hefe, um ein volleres und üppigeres Mundgefühl in den Wein zu übertragen.
