Die in den Groote Post The Old Man’s Blend Red eingeflossenen Rebsorten wurden separat vinifiziert und reiften anschließend in drittbefüllten Fässern aus französischer Eiche (300 l) sowie in Tanks aus Edelstahl mit Holzeinlage.
