The Groot Constantia Sauvignon Blanc 2025 reveals an enticing aroma of fresh kiwi, guava, and Cape gooseberry, accented by delicate grassy nettle notes. This wine from the cool climate of Constantia captivates the palate with tropical fruit flavors like lychee, finishing with a crisp, refreshing acidity. Both powerful and elegant, it offers depth and fullness, resulting in a clear and seductive finish.
Die Trauben für dieses edle Beispiel eines hervorragenden Sauvignon Blancs wurden in den frühen Morgenstunden gelesen, um die delikaten Fruchtnoten in den Beeren zu bewahren. In der Kellerei gingen die Trauben dann direkt in die Presse. Der Saft wurde ruhen gelassen, bis er ein klares Bild zeigte und wurde dann bei kühlen Temperaturen von 12 – 14°C in Tanks aus Edelstahl fermentiert. Nach Abschluss der Gärung wurde der Wein vier Monate auf der Hefe gelassen, bevor er leicht verfeinert zum Genuss auf die Flasche gefüllt wurde.
