The Glen Carlou Grand Classique reveals a striking deep red color and captivating aromas of herbs intertwined with violets. Das Traubengut wurde ein bis zwei Wochen auf der Haut quellen gelassen, die Gärung fand drei bis vier Wochen lang in Edelstahltanks statt. Danach reifte der Wein für 18 Monate in 225 Liter Fässern aus französischer Eiche, wovon 30% Neuholz war, 40% zweit- und 30% drittbefüllt.
