Upon nosing, this warm, dark red wine reveals impressive complexity with enticing aromas of ripe plums and mulberries, intertwined with earthy nuances, chocolate, and mint. The palate continues this exquisite balance, showcasing sweet, spiced vanilla notes, remarkable depth, a genuine fruit explosion, and a crisp acidity structure. This sophisticated blend features 40% Pinotage, 38% Shiraz, and 22% Cabernet Sauvignon.
Nach Abschluss der Fermentierung reiften die nach Rebsorten separat gekelterten Weine 16-18 Monate lang zu 82 % in amerikanischen sowie zu 18 % in französischen Eichenfässern und wurden anschließend mit großer Sorgfalt verschnitten und auf die Flasche gefüllt.
