Die Trauben wurden zum optimalen Zeitpunkt geerntet und die Gärung erfolgte in Edelstahltanks bei geregelten 25°C mit zwei verschiedenen Hefenkulturen (D21 und D254). Der Wein reifte anschließend 16 Monate lang in 225 Liter Fässern aus französischer Eiche.
