Information about "Bosman Upper Hemel en Aarde Pinot Noir 2024"

Displaying a captivating ruby hue, the Bosman Upper Hemel en Aarde Pinot Noir reveals an alluring bouquet of bright red berries, complemented by delicate earthy hints and a whisper of allspice. On the palate, it showcases a rich, smooth texture that mirrors the berry notes, leading to a refreshing, lingering finish. Originating from the 'cool climate' region of Walker Bay in South Africa, this delightful wine is perfect enjoyed slightly chilled or alongside a variety of dishes.

Treatment in the cellar

The cool grapes were carefully destemmed upon arrival at the cellar and then meticulously hand-sorted berry by berry. Following fermentation, the wine matured for six months in French oak barrels, of which 15% were new.
