The Thelema Rabelais 2022 enchants with rich aromas of dark berries, cassis, subtle mocha, and fragrant cedar wood. Luscious nuances of vanilla and sweet fruit grace the palate, complemented by refined tannins, leading to a long and sophisticated finish that elevates the tasting experience!
This remarkable Bordeaux blend showcases the finest grapes of the vintage. Only select barrels were deemed worthy to carry the illustrious name Rabelais.
Handgelesen, entrappt, sortiert, gequetscht und anschließend im Stahltank vergoren. Nach fünf Tagen und abgeschlossener Gärung blieb der Wein für zwei weitere Tage auf der Haut, ehe er gepresst und zur malolaktischen Gärung in Barriques gefüllt wurde. Dort reifte er vor Abfüllung auf die Flasche für insgesamt 18 Monate in französischen 225 L Fässern aus 100 % Neuholz.
