Exuding a deep, dark violet hue, the DeMorgenzon Reserve Syrah enchants with captivating aromas of ripe berries, luscious red plums, and subtle hints of white pepper. As it opens up, enticing floral notes of violets, lavender, and spring blooms emerge, enriching the aromatic landscape. On the palate, this distinguished wine offers a full-bodied opulence, brimming with youthful vitality. Flavors of warm spice, cinnamon, clove, and vanilla unfurl gracefully, supported by smoothly integrated oak notes that enhance the wine's exceptional elegance and rounded harmony.
Das Traubengut für den DeMorgenzon Reserve Syrah fermentierte temperaturgeregelt mit regelmäßigem Untertauchen des Tresterhuts. Nach Abschluss der Gärung wurde der Wein und die Schalen abgepresst und die malolaktische Fermentierung fand in ausgewählten Eichenfässern statt. Anschließend reifte der Wein 10 Monate lang in 300 l Fässern aus französischer Eiche, gefolgt von weiteren zehn Monaten in 3000 l Eichenfässern (25% Neuholz) und Tanks aus Beton.
