Treatment in the cellar
Von Hand gelesene Trauben aus granitreichen, vom Ozean gekühlten Weinbergen wurden als ganze Trauben gepresst und natürlich in 30 % neuer französischer Eiche vergoren. Zehn Monate auf der Hefe gereift, mit teilweiser malolaktischer Gärung, wurde dieser Chardonnay ungefiltert abgefüllt, um Reinheit, Textur und den Ausdruck des Terroirs zu bewahren.
