The DeMorgenzon Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon displays a deep garnet core with a vibrant ruby rim. The nose delivers an intensity and perfume, from a combination of red and black fruit. Aromatically, cassis, blackberry and ripe raspberry emanate while the palate is structured, yet refined, with ripe blackcurrant and plum at its core. This flavour profile is supported by its fine-grained structure and fresh acidity. Sourced from a single vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon block on the Estate this is an exceptional show case of a true Stellenbosch-Kloof Cabernet.
