Die handgelesenen Trauben wurden entrappt, zerquetscht und über Nacht gekühlt. Leichter Kontakt auf der Haut vor dem Pressen resultiert in der zart rosanen Farbe des Weins. Der Saft wurde mit ausgewählten Hefekulturen versehen, woraufhin die Fermentierung im Stahltank bei niedriger Temperatur einsetzte. Vor dem Abfüllen auf die Flasche wurde der Wein noch leicht gefiltert und verfeinert.
