The Creation Chardonnay presents itself in a captivating, fruity style, boasting aromas of ripe pears and juicy peaches. Accompanying these are fresh grapefruit and aromatic apple notes, enhanced by a touch of honey and cinnamon. These qualities resonate on a clean, pure palate, where mineral nuances are beautifully balanced by a creamy, lingering finish.
Das handgelesene Traubengut wurde sanft gequetscht und der dabei gewonnene Saft fermentierte anschließend bei geregelten 20°Celsius im Fass. Während des Gärungsprozesses wurde der Wein alle zwei Wochen aufgerührt, um ein üppigeres und volleres Mundgefühl im Wein zu erhalten. Nach Abschluss der alkoholischen Gärung reifte der Wein zehn Monate lang in französischen Barriques, von denen 30% Neuholz und 70% zweitbelegtes Holz ausmachten.
