The Creation Art of Chardonnay 2024 showcases a spectacular harmony of complexity and refinement. Treatment in the cellar

The grapes fermented at a controlled temperature of 20°C in selected oak barrels, with meticulous batonnage performed twice a week. Following alcoholic fermentation, the Chardonnay matured for 10 months in a blend of 40% new, 40% second-fill, and 20% third-fill barrels.
