The Creation Art of Chardonnay 2024 showcases a spectacular harmony of complexity and refinement. Its captivating aroma is filled with lively notes of fresh lemon, lime, and grapefruit, elegantly combined with discreet nuances of quartz-like minerality. The palate reveals a creamy texture, achieving impeccable balance while offering a spectrum of flavors, from nuanced vanilla and peach pit to pear, finished with a hint of white pepper. Produced from a single vineyard, this wine is the result of an elite selection of oak barrels for the final blend, with a total of 4,700 bottles produced, each uniquely numbered.
Das Traubengut fermentierte bei geregelten 20˚C in ausgewählten Eichenholzfässern, wobei die Maische zweimal wöchentlich auf- und untergerührt wurde. Nach Abschluss der alkoholischen Fermentierung reifte der Chardonnay 10 Monate lang in einer Kombination aus 40% neuen, 40% zweit- sowie 20% drittbefüllten Fässern.
