This blend consists of 52% Pinot Noir and 48% Chardonnay sourced from Franschhoek, Robertson, and Elgin. In line with the house style, 10% was fermented in oak, and 20% of last year’s reserve wine was included. Bottled aged for 24 months at a steady 14°C, with disgorgement completed with a generous dosage of 20 to 21 grams of sugar per liter, imparting complexity and flavor.
