Treatment in the cellar
Das Traubengut wurde entrappt, zerdrückt und in einer Beutelpresse gepresst. Anschließend erfolgte die Klärung im Tank über einen Zeitraum von zwei Tagen, gefolgt von der Inokulation und der Fermentation bei etwa 15 Grad Celsius. Nach der Fermentation wurde der Wein umgefüllt, geschwefelt und für drei Monate auf feinen Hefen belassen, was ihm einen frischen und fruchtigen Charakter verleiht. Ein Teil des Weins wurde in Eichenfässern fermentiert, wodurch darunterliegende Noten von Zitronencreme und gebackenem Apfel eine vielschichtige Struktur schaffen.
