Das Traubengut fermentierte temperaturkontrolliert in Tanks aus Edelstahl und reifte anschließend zu 50 % in ausgewählten Eichenholzfässern. Nach 12 Monaten Reifezeit wurde der im Stahl sowie der im Holz ausgebaute Wein verschnitten und auf die Flasche gefüllt.
