The Catherine Marshall Riesling represents a South African take on the esteemed Mosel style, shaped by the cooler climate of the Elgin region. Treatment in the cellar

The hand-harvested grapes were sorted by hand upon arrival at the winery, pressed, and the must underwent a two-day resting phase. Subsequently, it was inoculated with selected yeasts and fermented at a cool 14˚C for 26 days. Prior to bottling, the wine was lightly refined and filtered.
